Last week I re-did some wiring on the drivers side door to fix the power windows, the CD Player has stopped turning on since.

Can anyone confirm that wiring in the drivers side door can prevent the CD Player from turning on and any information on what to look for / diagrams on how to re-wire it and fix it?

    Thanks

I'm betting a fuse has been tripped, unless you've somehow cut the constant 12v to behind the dash.

I'm not sure where the constant feeds from though, do in probably wrong about cutting the wire.

Check the fuses in the drivers side kick panel and in the engine bay.

    Good luck :zlove:

The engine bay fuses had no CD Player related dialogue so I couldn't find the fuse there and in the drivers side kick panel there's no dialogues in general so I can't tell which one is CD Player related :(

Okay. I opened the door back up and took the wires I used to connect the power windows back to where they originally were. Now the CD Player and the two lights in the middle of the car roof work.

But then the Drivers side window doesn't work.

So right now I think the previous owner has cut off something important.

I really need a picture diagram of the wiring on a 300zx drivers side door

I'd really appreciate some help, because at this point I have to choose between having a radio or having working windows.
