Hey just a quick one if you could help it would be awesome. Im off my P plates fairly soon and would like to swap my NA to a Turbo car but i really really REALLY dont want to par with my Z. Would it be a better idea to just flog off my car to another p plater and use the money to put towards a twin turbo z or would it be a good idea to swap my NA engine for a Twin turbo. If i was to do an engine swap though, does anyone know wat sort of price range im looking at for parts, labour, teh engine itself etc? Just approx price is fine. Also any feedback from people who have had this done before or know someone who has would be great. Thanks heaps
Seriously dude. No offense but I speak for many many many members on the forum when i recommend "searching" the topic. This question gets asked at least at a minimum once a fortenight. Have a read. Doesn't take the long to come to the conclusion your after. If then in doubt. Ask. Not having a go or anything but 5 minutes of searching would have answered your question without taking all the time needed to start a new thread about it.
No need to apologise, nor was i wishing to come across as harsh. But there really are a plenitude of threads about this with a wealth of info. Pricing, how to's, pitfalls, where to buy, who not to buy from. etc etc. All i say is happy hunting, it will all become very clear soon enough.
