There's a few things in the front suspension that could be.

Inner tie rod
Outer tie rod
Tension rod
Lower control arm

 

or it could be a steering arm on steroids = sterin arm .. ??? .. just a thought.

 

There is an Argentinian tennis player by the name of Gustavo Sterin. Maybe he had a crash and wants his arm as a replacement?
