How do I remove the clutch fork/lever so i can take the gearbox out. I understand that there are two springs holding it in place and have unclipped them but dont see how to take lever and/or springs out. Any help much appreciated :).

    you dont

remove the slave cylinder (the bit attached to the box with the piping to it) just u bolt it and swing it out of the way, if your zed still has the hard tubing alot of ppl replace it with a single piece braided line.

Im talking about the lever that the slave cylinder pushes. Dont i have to remove that lever before taking out gearbox?

Nope, leave it in. It's attached to the gearbox only.

Remove the slave and let it hang.

tassuperkart Its a lie I tell you!

    Nope.
It will stay where it is M8. Youll see when you do the job. There is nothing funky about the setup.

For the purposes of removal, it's part of the gearbox mate, not part of the clutch.
Is this the first manual gearbox you have ever removed?
