yours is an auto converted to a manual. Autos have a POWER-OFF-HOLD 3 position switch in the centre console, with dash illumination for POWER and HOLD modes. Assuming switch has been removed with installation of manual console. Will most likely still have your auto ecu in the car. Wont affect ability to start it however.

    nope, wont affect it.
Might assist you to start a log of exactly what you have done to get your car going. What you've checked etc.
From there, people will be able to advice further steps to take. Will help greatly with progress, and mean nothing is missed or doubled up.
Plenty of good quality photos will also assist, hosted on something like photobucket and linked to the thread, rather than added to your garage pics.

Its clearly had some money spent on it at some stage, with manual conversion, haltec etc. Definitely worth persevering with to get running, if only to add value for sale. A compression test should be your very first point of call. If the compression is down, no point spending $$$ on other components like PTU trying to get a f$%ked engine going.
