Brake light stuck on

    which I assume is the switch at the pedal? any other toughts? Battery, fairly new new, now very flat....

    Pedal switch should be your first check point. I noticed a little piece of broken yellow plastic when mine broke off (while having door splits installed).

    Not hard to rectify, you just need something roughly the same thickness and the plastic boot that was originally there to pack it out. I used some steel plate held on with strong adhesive double sided tape.

    Have you checked the brake fluid level?

    Thanks folks, just checked brake fluid, , that's fine had fittred new brake fluid reservoir, o switch. Now, a very sad blond moment- lasr night i connected the battery to the charger, but not the charger to the mains... i can tell you the charger doesn't work well like that..

    Diamond guard, local nissan distributors, tell me switch is $70 bucks ish, but non in oz. So will try to a) charge the battery with mains stuff, and b) clean up switch in the morning, or else not a Z weekend,

    annoying, such a small thing and the car was running very nicely... sigh
