You didn't "dissappear".. You never added yourself like everyone else! You just said "count me in" so the next person copied the list and so you were not on it!

Don't stress too much, as others have mentioned this is just interest, some people will pull out etc.

Still plenty of beds available

As Ben said. Currently the list is individuals intending to book a "whole" room. Looking at he venue I see that the rooms have by the looks of things one double and two single beds in each room. Which means there are plenty of beds to share around, which in turn cuts down the cost for everyone. Example I have reserved a room, I'm only one person which means two extra beds, which are available to anyone who can put up with my snoring and occasional outbreak of country music.

Just because the primary venue thus far is "spoken for" (barring drop-outs), this doesn't mean you can't come! Leah, Zedmd and I didn't stay at the primary venue for Zedfest 2008 in Cowra, for example, but we still participated in everything the weekend had to offer and had a wild time.

Investigations are being made by 90TTZ into additional venues, or you can pick your own and we'll meet up for the various shenanigans over the course of yet another fun-filled Zedfest.
