Silly question i know, (and yes i did try "search" and google) but, where is the reservoir for rear washers on a 1989 2+2 TT full import? Squirter motor works, but no fluid comes out. Is the only thing i need to repair for the RWC to sell it. Thanks in advance.

    It uses the front reservoir.

The lines normaly block up with crap. I'd be very surprised if it is a RWC issue as the rear wiper is an accessory in QLD and not a required item.

I've heard of people blowing the lines out with compressed air.

There is a check valve just before the washer, it can block up. Just remove it and give it a clean. It is, however, a bitch to get to; I popped the struts off the hatch and opened it a bit higher to get access. If you do this get someone to help as the hatch is damn heavy.

Gee, two days to think about it.....

and that's your best comeback

The truth is, my reply is factual.... it is in the garage because it doesn't get used. I got sick of having to fiddle with it all the time to make it work

Well it wasn't my best come back, just the first one that came to mind wiyhout swearing. I don't use it because i bought as a toy with full rego and could use it eveyday. My real car is on Special Interest rego, ie restricted use, so the Z was a bit of fun to use. I really don't need to justify why i want to sell to anyone, especially you.
BTW,the rear squirters have never worked on it since i've owned it,i know it only a trivial thing, but i need to get it working for the rwc. And thanks again for your help you gen Y ****ing idiot deadshit.

Is it just me or do some people take themselves a little too seriously? Lighten up kids this is a friendly forum, and you'll find as you get older there are more serious issues in life to get upset about.

Can't tell if you're disagreeing or agreeing with me... was meant to be a tongue-in-cheek observation anyway, I put 'Wanker' in the swearing basket... basically saying his response was a major over-reaction, especially seeing as the initial question had been answered. Trust me, after being a teacher for 10 years, I know that there are a lot more important things to worry about...

Noosacuda, hope it's an easy fix, you get the RWC and the car's bought by someone who really enjoys it.

    Gen Y you say...lol

My kids are Gen Y  but thanks for the compliment

Good luck with your sale. here's a handy hint :-

Lose the Gen Z "attitude" when you begin to market your car. You'll be surprised what a difference it makes

I was just amused at the over reaction as well.
