Hey guys, got this car for sale as I'm in the process of buying another one and 3 would be to many.

The Bad

As you'll see in the photo's the body is fairly rough and will need a bit of work.
The front bar has had the bottom ripped off.
The left side is covered in scratches and dints but it's just cosmetic.
It will require a new rear bar as the right side is pushed in.
The right side is where the main damage is.
The right front guard is pushed in but i will provide a strait one for you to replace it with.
The right rear guard has been smashed in and will need to be popped out.
The rear right corner of the hatch will need to be popped back out and it will need the hinges straitened/replaced.
The targas were in the boot and so the glass smashed and will need to be replaced.
It sounds like alot of work but for someone competent with panel work it should be an easy fix.

Other bad points are it will have no tail lights, it's got two stock rims and two space savers on it, no stereo, and the boot trims where the hit was are broken.

The Good

Engine runs great, feels healthy, starts instantly and pulls strong.
Shifter feels a little lose but clutch seems great and shifts smoothly.
Suspension looks to be all original and in good condition for it's age.
Mechanically the car seems very sound.
Has a cat-back exhaust system that says Super Megaphone and sounds great.
Dark tint on all glass in good condition.
New battery.
The rest of the interior is in excellent condition.
Comes with series two velour interior in very good condition complete with both electric seats with no bolster wear.
Steering wheel is almost as good as new, virtually no wear and badge intact (I'd take it but has no cruise).


Judging by the interior and the way the car is mechanically it's safe to say the km's are genuine.
It's a shame the previous owner liked to hit things with it.
Car has NSW rego till 12th of Nov under previous owners name. (I've only had the car a few weeks and was planning on letting it run out.
Car is not a write-off

Anything else you need to know don't hesitate to ask.

I'm looking for $3500ono as is.
$3000 if your not interested in the velour interior including seats (you'll have to bring your own seat for pickup).

stolen and recovered by any odds.....? be a good start for a project for someone.......

 

Now has Targa's and a new fuel cover.

Open to reasonable offers.

 

Just checked, it'd cost me $1200 to get this to Townsville, melbourne depot to tsv depot... then I'd have to change the rego to qld rego... just some cosmetic damage to fix up, new set of wheels, personally I'd buy veilside, then whatever other panels it needs and give it a new paint job... Almost tempting... if this was in qld... I'd have it.

If only it wasn't in victoria, id certainly buy it for a project car.

 

Would make a great road trip, I wonder what it would cost in petrol to drive it up, shouldn't be too much? fly down for about $80 from brisbane.
