Even with freight still a competitive price compared to a full rebuild.
My full compressor rebuild cost $600 2 years ago

I can't see any reason why it wouldn't fit, the compressor is mounted the same for LHD and RHD cars, shipping would be about $120 I would say.

I had a A/C rebuild about two years ago and I considered it a bargain at $700.

The A/C compressor for the zed is unique. I've looked long and hard for an equivalent and can't find one.

Anyway, I'd like to keep a new one in the garage as I've noticed a loud bearing whine recently started when A/C is switched on. Suspect A/C compressor will soon go bang!

I think Surface freight is about $90 but I will confirm with Coz.

A new A/C compressor for say $720 is a bargain (incidentally the new price from Nissan when I asked two years ago was $1,300)

    Cheers

I asked Coz for one a couple of months ago he he said the LHD is different to the RHD and it would not be suitable. I think the mounting and or fittings are around the other way. Unfortunately I have deleted the email so I can't check to see what he actaully said and I have had a couple of sleeps since then and can't quite remember.
