Just thought Id get some opinions on a modified Bomex front bar thats about to go on my Z. The mods to the bar include the removal of the fog lights, and the removal of the 'wings' on each side. The entire bar was alsop smoothed out to make it less fussy and give it a neater appearance. All of the work was completed by Anton..And he's done a fantastic job...much appreciated mate. http://i1047.photobucket.com/albums/b475/ezzupturbo/Simons 300zx upgrades/DSC08336Medium.jpg
Nice Job..! ..aggressive yet smooth at the same time!! Show us again when it's on your car. :zlove: :zlove:
looks awesome on a side note, with the main mouth, if you put two small curved triangular peaks at each side it would like slightly 370Z'ish
ive seen this bar in person and it wowed me a great deal. Therefore i am going to get my foggies filled aswell. Sexy bar
I must stress that Anton deserves all of the credit and praise for this front bar, and my bonnet with the BA XR8 bulge in it as well...he has been great to deal with and has done a really professional job.
For those of you that havent met Anton...This is him just about to make love to my bonnet that he's been working on...as you can see, he has developped a true love for Zeds.
just question about this front bar does is fit with fog light mount thing (i don't know what to call The black part at the back of the original bar holding the fog light) or do you need to take it off that bar????? Thanks Anthony
The filling of the fog lights was fairly easy, around 3 hours worth I'd say. It will still fit with the reo bar. For posting that pic your not getting the bonnet or bar any more Simon.
Thanks for the info yous, so will slide in the reo bar, i try it last time the front bar just just hit some thing anyway i will try again
I want to do something similar but need to sort out what i do for 'parkers' lights to pass pit inspection. What have others done? are there indicators that you can buy with parkers in them aswell?
easy job to do yourself. the indicators have that small extra light spot next to it right? except theres no actual hole for the bulb to go into? so drill a hole, put the globes in
