Does anyone know if there is any difference between the US clutch master / slave (when OEM) to the JAP or AUS spec vehicles?

I want to do my master / slave and new braided line when I replace my clutch.

    Peace :)

    Also . . .

What are the best options for a clutch kit for my NA . . . .

Remembering that I am going to TT it with low boost on stock t28's . . . .

So basically a good NA clutch upgrade that will hold low boost power . . .
I have around $500 max to spend on such a kit.

    Peace :)

There are several different clutch masters for the Zed out there. I would just go and get yours sleeved and rebuilt.

As for the clutch, have a look into the F1 clutches on US ebay.

I have a brass button Exedy heavy duty on my V8 that is NA VG sized and it's holding up fine and is easy to drive. Would recommend it as long as you have a cr-mo flywheel, they don't like the ally segmented ones.

I looked at the XTD with the chro-Mo Fly . . . . (stage 3) . . . some forums like it and some dont.

I saw the F1's and they looked fairly much similar.

I was personally thinking an EXEDY with a Chro-Mo fly.
Im gonna either rebuild the slave and master myself or just buy new ones. Thats why I wanted to know if the US spec ones are the same or not cos I have not found anything in AU yet.

    F1 stage 3 ?

    OR

    Exedy with Chro-Mo ?

    This is the decision to be made . . . . .

IMO stage 3 on a tt'd na is over the top... Stage 2 will hold the power easy and be much more streetable. Said it before, say it again... Cara's boosted tt uses f1 stage 2 and she loves it even without the clutch booster.

So you think that THIS may be more appropriate for a Boosted NA?

Yes. Without the fly tho. Not needed IMO. However after re-reading your orig post, getting tt clutch to work with na box will be an issue. I think a spacer is required... Chrispy?

You need to grind the box to fit the flywheel in, starter needs a spacer that you can get from ezzupturbo or czp.

That clutch won't fit a NA fly.

Spacer required as others have said. 3mm thick.

    yea I posted the wrong one. . . .

It is the same as that sorta but for NA (seppo's call it NT)

They dont sell the kit with a prolite or other flywheels though . . . I have messaged the guys to see if they will sell it to me as a Kit.

If they do then I think I will go the stage 2 with a Prolite Chro-Mo

This is the one I meant . . . . But they dont have it in a Kit with the Fly.

I want the ProLite fly with it.
I am just waiting on a reply from them . . . im sure they will be helpful.

    :)

They also have the slave / master kit for $90 ish . . . . which I will probably buy at the same time. (Had a bit of a look around and the US/JAP seems to be the same parts)

    and my last question . . .

I have not been able to find anything different so far . . . it SEEMS as though the American and Jap parts are the same for this particular bit . . .

Clutch master and slave kit . . .

Does anyone know if there is a difference in these parts US to JAP or if there is a difference TT not NA ?

    thanks.

I think like all motor manufacturers Nissan used a few downstream suppliers for various sub-assemblies over time. When this was covered a while back I think there were four or five different master cylinders identified.
