I've been looking at ordering some parts for my car form the US. A lot of companies wont' send international but there is a company now which sends on your internal US items called Bongo International.

I wanted to buy this rear spoiler http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/basket.php?add_item_id=13358206. But before they wouldn't ship overseas. Still won't but they say to use Bongo Internation http://bongous.com/ here's their shipping charges. http://www.bongous.com/shipping_cost_calculator.php.

About 3 days to ship to brisbane. Anyone out there used this kind of thing before.

Also look at Shipito.com. I have used them a few times and their service is terrific.

Spoilers are usually oversize for freight purposes and so cost heaps to ship. I'd check that out first.

If you are not in a hurry or can wait for your stuff we have a shipping service from the West coast of the USA to most Australian ports.

I looked at the link and a 100lb item, which is about 40kgs, will cost you $589 US. We don't go on weight we go on size. So what would it cost to get a front bumper over through Bongus? Well we have made a 300ZX forum members price of $150. If you want a full body kit we'll do it for $300. This is for forum members so contact me through the forum for a quote or more details.

Bongus is excellent if you have something small or light weight. Hell 3 days to Brissie is an excellent service that would be hard to beat but if you have a bumper or suspension then it's real pricey.

Get in touch and I will do what I can to help out members with special prices or any information that helps your decision. We are also looking at doing deals with http://www.andysautosport.com/ too.

Once a container is allocated you are looking at 6-8 weeks. The longest you will wait is 12 weeks. I am over quoting incase of strikes etc. So far we have had a turn around of 6-7 weeks.

    Glen,
    Thanks for the reply.
I'm not in a hurry as I need to find a second hand rear hatch that will take the spoiler. Not sure how much a fiberglass rear spoiler weighs although i have some idea on it's dimensions. I also need to find some one who can eye ball the part on the web site and tell me if it will fit a 2+2 turbo.
