    Hey guys,

Looking to get some Bodykit actions happening on the DEVIL, however, still tossing up between what were looking for, have seen plenty of Veilside (love the C1, not so much on the C2), Bomex, Greddy kits and everything looks better then the next, but was looking for more of a bolder, fuller look.

The original plan was to go for the widebody Vapour kit by Ibherdesign but I fear that we'd get castrated quicker then Arashi for going for that kit :(

Was wondering what your opinions are of it? have you guys had any experience with andysautosport? or perhaps similar style kits? is this a copy of another more official kit?

Feed me your love and hate, as Im trying to get a rundown on what to look for!

    Regards,
    Leon

I haven't had much experience with Andy's Auto Sport before. But i've contacted them via email in regards to a few of their body kits, and even though the price on their website is very cheap say ($280) for a front bar. It ends up costing around $750 total, including shipping to get it here to Australia.

However there was a company, i think they're called USA to AUS or something. But the guy from there said he can ship them for as cheap as $150! Which would mean it'd cost only about $430 instead of the usual $750. That's quite a good price I think.

I'm looking into getting a Extreme Dimensions version of the Greddy Gracer front bar from them, which is made from Duraflex (like urethane cept much better and stronger. Can withstand a full on hit from a baseball bat!.) It won't end up costing more than $500 i don't imagine.

That's about how much you'd end up paying for a cheap fiber glass version of the same bar here locally.

    So yeah.

I had a Wings West kit to put on my car. It fitted sort of ok ( no where near as good as the Stillen kit)

The thing that irked me about it where. The bastard is unbelievably Heavy. The plastic is majorly thick. Too thick IMO

Also the front bar looks good from an angle but has this weird ass bit sticking out near the front wheel.

I looked at it for ages then decided to sell it and bought the stillen one.

As for the Wings West kit. I don't mind it. It's much better than the Veilside kits available. However my personal taste is more towards the Greddy Gracer kit, or even just going with a 2k front bar, maybe even with kaminari side skirts?

2nd on the awkward section near the wheel, doesnt look quite right from some angles.....its so close to being perfect, but just not quite there imho

Yeah bro, really do like the Greddy GRACER, that was my next pick, but my primary concern was how well the kit fits, and its weight...and by the sounds of it, the West kit is quite heavy lol

2K bar is a thought with some kaminari would be a nice touch, rear bumper choice?

With the WW kit, how much "work" would be done to make it fit or is it just the mould thats off? Perhaps you guys have some pictures of that weird section? perhaps it can be cut/trimmed and reglassed?

its the bit directly in front of the wheel at the bottom. doesnt look too bad in the pic but trust me it looks ghastly if you look at it front the front. BTW it took me many hours to get it to fit like it does in this pic. AND there was still pretty ordinary unfixable bits near the headlights that where never going to fit correctly.

suggest you go look at a kit and then make up your mind, when you stand directly behind it,youll see how horrible the rear bar is

But n the end ,its your car,you make the decision on what you want, dont let the forum make it for you

I like the WW more than the VS but body kits all come done to personal opinion....

i think we can all agree that veilside is rubbish.

lovin' the GReddy bar, plain and simple. that's easy to get too.

what I'm wondering is if anyone has an australian source for the WW rear bar (and maybe side skirts)? Seems like the only place it can be gotten is from the US.

Nope, can only get it from the states.

I don't like the rear bar much, looks like a huge air catcher when it's driving along...

    G'day,

Yeah we can bring over a front bar for $150 AUD to Australia.

We can do a special 300ZX forums price of $300 AUD for a complete body kit if you so desire too. Send me a message through the forum for any special prices for forum members.

We are looking at doing a deal with Andy's Auto Sport to for Aussie customers so feel free to contact them if you see something you want and don't know how to get it over and we'll get your parts here.

    Thanks Glen

can anyone confirm? I think it's kaminari...

hey glen, what about two of those front bars?

In this case it would be $300 for 2 bars but will discount the more you get in one hit. So if you guys get together we'll do the next price drop to $275. Depending on how they are packed that would apply to 5 bars and the cost drops the more you get.

Loving ID#10, the more I look at those photos of the WW, the more those sticky outty bits annoy me, damn looks like a nice solid kit too...not really looking to add more lines or curves (ala veilside), just simply giving the zx a bit more body, a broader look, bolder bumpers.

Mix that rear bar #10 bar, with the Greddy Gracer and that sounds like a pretty tight kit.

However, USAtoAUS.com's offer does sound pretty tempting though...
