ok i removed the rear wind today and the 3rd brake light(brazilian:) ) and was all good, went for a small drive came home and i noticed the rear lights were on as if i have my foot on the brakes  so i thought it might have something to do with removing the 3rd brake light so i put it back on and nothing... still the lights were on  i disconnected the battery so it dosent go flat but can some one give me a idea of what might be wrong ? could it be that switch that is connected on the brake pedal or could it be somethig else ?

Probably related to the disconnected switch on the brake pedal. Hook it back up and see what happens :p

im gonna say black box is broken.

is it rear parkers or brake lights? check that the little fog light button on the right side pod isnt on.

im still thinking its that black box. tech section will teach you how to bypass it.

Before you check the black box take a look in the drivers footwell, I had the same problem and the pin that goes into the pedal pivot had come loose. So when I braked the light would stay on. Pushed the pin in with some pliers and replaced the retaining clip and no problems since! :)
