Can anyone help me out with some dimensions or part number for the stock injector o-rings?? I am in the process of rebuilding my 1989 TT and the old ones are worn very badly.
Nissan want me to supply them with a VIN number and other places aren't too helpful.

Thanks mate. Didn't help as they can't look things up without a VIN number :( I should be used to it by now as I can't get anything for my supra or soarer without the vin.

You can just order from Coz. ConceptZ...

Also get a few other bits from him while ur there... Like Bonnet arm grommet, window slider thing, gaskets, seals etc, engine mounts...

Worth it and great prices too compared to Aus...

I would but I'm pressed for time. Need it this week as we're moving house on the weekend.

Stock Injector parts list is as follows:

    a) Pintle caps - ACA S5017 - Pack Qty is 25 - $60
    b) Buffer insulator (fuel rail/lower plenum spacer) - ACA S5054 - Pack Qty is 25 - $64
    c) Buffer insulator (for injector cap) - ACA S5052 - Pack Qty 10 - $33
    d) O Ring (small lower) - ACA S5053 - Pack Qty is 25 - $47
    e) O Ring (large upper) - ACA S5049 - Pack Qty is 25 - $59

This is everything you need to replace injector consumable parts including fitting fuel rail to lower plnum.

Prices are trade and should be available from any reputable motor retailer.

    Hope this helps

    Cheers

PS: If you plan to purchase from Repco then triple all prices.

Thanks very much for all the info. The ones I'm after are the ones that sit between the manifold and injector. Which one of the below would that be? Which retailer would you recommend? Autobarn? Bursons?
    Thanks again.

    Hi,

DinoZ is correct. It's the buffer insulator (b) in my list. Unfortunately, the pack size is 25 units and it will cost you at least $64 (trade) for a pack. I get my car parts from Motor Spares in Canberra but you could try Autobarn. Good luck........

If you are having problems getting them then PM me and I'm sure we could quickly come to an agreement for me to post to you a set of 6.

    Cheers
