As i'm waiting for COZ to send me the 23rd set of gauge rings, I'm still sending the others out, highonboost will have to miss the initial postage as he still hasnt paid me...
I've confirmed with coz i'm missing a full set of rings, but he hasnt replied as to what he is going to do about it... The other rings set have been sent out !! Should get them middle of next week as we have a long weekend...i took photos for those who want proof hehe...ill update here when I get news from COZ... I was going to PM everyone telling them when I posted the items, but my inbox is nearly full, so i'll clear it up in the next day or two when I have some free time...if you guys can PM me when you receive your goods, so I can cross you off the list, thanks!! Hi Andrew, yes I haven't fitted either yet but I sat the rings in the Bezel and they fitted into it perfect. Now I just have to fit them both Thanx Andrew I think the rings will finish it off nicely, glad I got them. Fran :zlove:
Thanks mate great quality product, anyone have any tips for Fitting? From previous post and the look of the ring im guessing you have to glue them on.
Hey I got my rings a few days ago also, thanks! I've tried mine in the bezel I got too. They do fit in there but there is alot of play for them to move around, so much so that if you push the ring to one side you can see the hole exposed on the other side. Not sure if you understand what I mean. This is not a problem and i'm not complaining by any means! They just need to be aligned in the centre of the hole and they look sweet. , I was just qurious as some of you have said that they fit perfectly and I was wondering why mine didn't. Correction, the small ones fit quite good but the larger ones do not. I'll chuck up a picture if needed. Having said all that, product looks excellent and can't wait to see them all fitted up. As I said i've got the bezel but i've also some leds and the white faces to go in all at the same time. Should look fantastic. Thanks Ben
Hi Ben, just tried mine again and yes there is some play If you have the rings sitting out. Not sure if I will make sence either but here goes, if you sit my rings down on the lip they have they sit great, if you pull them back out a bit they have play. I am thinking my gauge faces in my cluster have a slight indent and where the Bezel sits is slightly raised, so they should sit fine. I don't have mine fitted yet, maybe someone else has and can shed some light on this? Also what glue others have used for the rings as i have heard super glue leaves marks on the plastic cause of the vapour gases it let off?? Thanx Fran Ps Good luck Ben
