Hi, the 7 pin connector on my PTU has failed and the 6 pin is looking a bit brittle. Can anyone tell me where to buy the oils style with the spring clip or if the new style, without the spring clip will fit it?

Have you considered updating to the newer style and soldering in new style plugs ?. Someone on here sells them with plugs.
    Cheers

carcraze.com.au and rgsperformance both sell the connector kits. You can also buy them as a pin kit off eBay

Thanks heaps all for your replies. I have ordered some replacements and have a couple of other things to chase up.

Any ideas on the best place to get a clutch fan?

Thanks Rob, it is actually the viscous clutch I need, this site just seems to have the blades, Ian suggested that own is the way to.

If you’re after a clutch try Z1 motorsports -somebody told me recently you can buy an oem one from there for about $266AUD delivered. You won’t do better than that.

    https://www.z1motorsports.com/water-pump-fan-and-thermostat/nissan/300zx-fan-clutch-oem-p-1709.html

Quite often you can source parts locally and get a better deal than buying from O/S but in this case that price from Z1 is very good.
