Hi All! I Terry (DVIOUS) was a former member of aus300zx. I used to own a 2 seater twin turbo Targa top in a charcoal colour. This car was sold some years ago due to its impractical nature. Yesterday I picked my new project. Another 300zx 2door TT targa top from another 'now former Zed owner' (T-shay) This car does requires some TLC as its been stored away for some time. My intentions for this car are to have it as a sunday cruiser, So a somewhat large list of 'Too Do's' is being made up. Just to name a few: Engine rebuild and detail (possible transplant), respray, full 2000 model exterior upgrade, interior re-trim and a stereo upgrade. Of course this is a basic run down, but it will be a long process I am sure. So I will keep everyone posted with progress as it happens. Currently the car in unlicenced with a possible blown turbo or blown turbo seal. So the engine will be my first area to attack, is: Full Gasket kit and pull out the turbos for an inspection to get the car relicenced as (TZA).
Thats alright, Thanks for the welcome. I used to come out and cruise with the 300zx club members a bit as well as attend there tech days, etc. then I sold my car about 4-5 yrs ago now. Some members from that time will know me, a lot still own there zeds. I did regret selling my zed, even with the faults of the zed, its still a great car to own, drive and look at.
Would that be your old charcoal Zed with the plates "DVIOUS"? Seen a female drive it in Forrestfield sometimes, chatted with her a few times, she said the plates were on it when she bought it.
Yes That's my old car! A lady came and bought it off me with her husband. I hear it has chrome rims now. still looking good?
Don't remember the wheels, it was a few months since i last sew it and seen quite a few since then, though still looked in great shape. Sounded pretty sweet too from what i remember.
Hi Terry, The car is still going great. A few repairs and minor mods it is the best daily driver I have ever owned. Its looking a bit dirty at the moment. other than that hasnt changed much.

Hi DVIOUS, welcome back. Yeah, I don't know you either but I just wanted you to know that you've just confirmed my current worst fear; that once you get a Z in your blood, it never gets out. I, and my bank account, are DOOOOOOMED!
