If my lifters are going is it worth replacing them with aftermarket lifters or just genuine nissan ones. How much can I be expecting to pay for them? I heard once that someone paid up to $300 PER lifter (on a different car) but times that by 32 and it's certainly not worth it - I think.
What oil are you using? 300ZX often have excessive lifter noise with oil that is too thin.You could also try an oil flush with your next oil change.As a last resort try 100-200ml of ATF in your engine oil.
