haha found this the other day .
its a number plate holder thats spring loaded . if your travelling over 110kph it springs up so your number plate is hidden. any speed under that its normal

General use in a road traffic law violation "concealment number" of guilt.

About 110 km / h when travelling over a number of傾きます.
    約100km/h

Approximately 100 km / h or less, the number is the power of spring returns to the original position.

100km / h is running below the number is almost not work.

Cooling equipment contributed to the improved cooling of the engine to reduce output decline.

great device if it actually works. it's not that useful for avoiding speed tickets tho since cameras usually photograph you from behind.

yer but some get you from the front but I think that is red light camers so most the time you dont do 110 thru an intersection.

i remember seeing something like that in HK...
they had motorised versions that just kinda moves the number plate from verticle to horizontal..and u can control it from inside the car.

I made something similar to this....oops, what I meant to say was, I saw something like this but it was fully automated. Basically consisted of a 12 volt servo motor which was linked by a small rod to a spring-loaded hinged numberplate. This servo was powered via a relay. The coil side of the relay was then connected to the 3rd LED of the signal strength meter of a radar detector. Therefore, whenever the detector sensed 50% or more in strength, this triggered the relay to power the servo which flipped the plate up. The plate then returned to its standard position once the signal level dropped below 50% signal strength. A 3-pole switch was also used to deactivate the system, or set it to manual over-ride or automatic.

    :D

They can't do you for it under the new VIZARD laws which state that any criminal act is the fault of the stupid person that let you do the act so easily.

    I like these new laws.

So in this case, if a cop catches you and questions you about the plate, simply tell him its his fault for not stopping you install the plate in the first place and you'll be home free.

ON another note.... my mate with an S13 has his number plate wrapped so far round the drivers side of the front bar, you can only see 1 half of the plate from "speed camera" angle.
