    How do we confirm the build date of a 91 Twin Turbo grey import?

    The Australian VIN was issued in 96, the car was a 5 year old grey import, I've got the model number, and the chassis number, how do you decifer a year of manufacture from those?

    Not the Australian compliance number - the manufacturer's VIN.

    What is the chassis number?
