nice! Wish I could have come, but it was like 4pm before I got home from this family stuff. However it turned out alright cause it was like half suprise birthday stuff for me which explains why I had no choice. YAY ALMOST 20..... fuckin gettin older
Some nice pics there scotty....goes to show what can happen when hanging your camera out the window and shooting blindly . Imagine what you could do standing still!:LOL:
Was a good turnout, thanks for organising Paul Sorry I couldn't make it to Mundaring, my Zed started running rough and fueling up. Will need to get it re-tuned for the warmer weather. Was nice to meet some new faces though. Hey Scotty you need to be sponsored by Dunlop or something - burnout master!!
I believe we got scotty's burnout out the front of my place haven't had a look at the footage. Was going to this arvo, but I really can't be assed! I'm gonna write a map for the next cruise!
Did you guys see the lady that went to cut the corner... ...and nearly hit me when I was leaving your place Paul? She was going to turn right, but ended up turning left. I could see the fear in her face! haha
Oh yeah franzy..everyone saw that Heard a squeal then everyon gasped and all was okay. Those corners are a pain in the ass.
I've got a heap of pics, and the video is coming along. I just haven't been motivated yet to get them all up. I'll do it tomorrow.
WA CRUISE WRITE UP - FEB 20, 2005 After much annoyance by several WA zedders about the lack of enthusiasm of WA members, I decided to organise one more cruise and hope like hell that the turnout out would prove us all wrong...it did. We all met up about 12:30 at East Perth Train Station. I had stopped off at macca's a little earlier to meet up with MIKSTA (michael) and some mates. My baby front on... and from the side...it's really really ridiculously good looking Scotty's Zed - The BLACKRICE Evan's (EvZ) red beast The first silver zed I'd seen around...not bad at all.. This was a fine example of a black zed...NOICE! Some of the crew hanging about... After some decisions were made about where we were heading we...headed off. We made our way up to the galleria to regroup and then off to Mundaring Weir for some ice cream and nice views. Unfortunately some were unclear of the route and we all got a bit seperated. Plenty of fun was still had though.... What are you smiling at...oh..that's right...your driving that zed. Sitting around at the weir....ice cream was eaten...scotty talked about his brilliant car painting skill and for some reason andrew (risk) decided to show us how he "hip-thrusts"....weird! We then headed off towards my place for a bbq and general chat. A quick stop at the local servo allowed for a quick break and an opportunity for franzy to whip out the conzult! Once back at my place the burgers and hot dogs were consumed at an outrageous pace and I was mocked for my "dog attaction sounds". Some zed swapping was also in order and I finally got a chance to show scotty what the BLACKRICE could really do.... It was a great day...like most zed days are...and I thoroughly look forward to the next one...hopefully with a map in hand. Great seeing and meeting all the new members and some of the older ones. See you all real soon. Video to come. Paul
Nice pics! And yes hopefully on the next cruise ill be there, apparently my car is on a ship in 4 days time, wohoo!
