Hey Guys, Finally finished the 100k, plenum pull and the unexpected brake system overhaul and fluid changes. Here's a breif rundown of things that i did. Started: Saturday morining 9th of july Finished: Sunday evening 24th july Work Completed: Plenum pull - bypassed all under plenum water hoses, Injectors cleaned, All fuel hoses replaced cleaned all associated electrical connectors. 100K - Timing belt, waterpump, bling bling silicone bypass hoses, aftermarket temp sensor put in, GFB Underdrive pulley installed, new fuel filter. Brake System - Master cylinder re-kitted (bored and sleeved), Stainless steel braided brake lines, Painted calipers shiny red, Unexpected - Brake booster replaced (had decided to cark it) Fluid Change - Redline 10w40 engine oil, K&N oil filter, Redline MT90 manual trans fluid put in, Redline 75w90 Diff oil put in. All in all it was a long process and i'm glad that i had time off work to do it, learnt a ton of stuff about the Z and i'm happy that its all over Also i'd like to put a special thanks out to Chris (CBZX) who helped me all day on the first saturday to dismantle the Z his experience and expertise was extreemly valued and appreciated, also Russel (rjc300zx) and James (JAYMZ) also deserve a special mention, oh and Simmo (ZDreams) for his moral support and MacDonalds Bringing abilities :thumbsup:
