Ok, so the new year is in, and I finally have found time to use my Christmas present - a new Canon 50d camera. Towards the end of the shoot the light was severely fading, but here are the pics with the 24-105 lens: The next 2 were taken with my 10-22 lens. These are just quick shots, but I can't wait to really put it to use (whenever you're ready Kr4usy!) All of the shots are JPG's as shot from the camera. No sharpness or colour balance adjustments whatsoever except for pic 05. It was handheld shot at 1/15 and I induced some camera shake that unsharp mask has covered a little bit, but you can still see that it is out of focus. Only some minor photoshop removal of background items on a couple of the others. I'm stoked with the results and thought I'd share! Anyway, I hope you enjoyed them.
Col...one word. Amazing! Im curious to see how that polarizer works! But that is a nice custom kit you have bought yourself Cant wait to see it and maybe get my grubby hands onto it for a few mins
lookin good col I'd love a 50D. Can't believe how far they've come though, i remember being in the market for a digi SLR and opting for a 350D over a 20D due to cost. Will be in the market again in the next year or 2. that 10-22mm lens is a good bit of kit! Must have cost a fortune, not a cheap lens though
Thanks for the kind words! Meguiars 3 step process for the past 4 or 5 years now. Unfortunately there are some stone chips on the nose that occurred just after these photos were taken, but she's in mostly good shape.
Yeah. I actually had the 70-200 f4 IS on hold overnight, but decided at this stage to go with the 10-22 which was actually good because it was $300 cheaper and the 24-105! So it kinda lessened the pain a lot! 70-200 f4 IS will be next...
Yeah thats the plan at some stage. I'll definately let you know. Thanks Baz! I nearly didn't post it up but like you there was something about this one I liked too. Thanks HT! Thanks Chad! Yeah! You know what that means - you gotta upgrade to the same one! Yeah I try ed. I'm not the most technical of people, but I figure keeping it looking nice is something I can do.
Yep. Second set I've had. Love em. Will not change from them until Goodyear decide they won't make them any more. :zlove:
Truly another clean master piece of a Z, the front lip, rear wing & wheels really set it off, always had been a fan - good combo! Cheers, Mike
Beautiful pics Col!!...man everyone's getting new DSLRs, when do I get mine! Just love how deep and full the photos are and that paint is imac in the extreme Col!! Cheers! Craig
