EOI: 300km/h Speedos (Black / White)

I think the main problem here is that you'd need a bulk order of 20+ gauges to make that happen. As Fleet was saying earlier, not enough people have been interested in that in the past.

 

I spoke to the manufacturer today.

There are still 16 sets left over from the last white face run. So white face looks like the go.

Current price will be $130 delivered per kit.

If people really want black face kits, they will need to be manufactured. Minimum order will be 20 and price $150 delivered per kit.

 

Great news for those of you who want white faces!

For anyone that is still interested in Black (like me), this EOI continues for Black dials. I had a fascination with white dials when they came out years ago but its interesting to see that most manufacturers are going back to black. Not only does it continue to look great but with some nice leds looks more modern and less ricey IMO.

Im after the white sert fleet. PM me details. Does it mean we have to wait on the white dials for the black dials? or will the whites go ahead first? As I obviosuly want mine ASAP

 

to get white, we need minimum 16 people definate and paid up who want white.

to get black, we need another 20 people definate and paid up who want black.

before we start taking payments, lets make sure we have the numbers.

lol @ w/ resistor? Dont we all need the resistors? I do to!

 

LegoZ the main problem you have is not the boost gauge but the fact your speedo circuit is very different to the 89 model one. I now of another member with a 96 model who couldnt add the 300kmph speedo becuase the resistor cant be installed.

 

Yeah, I just left it there as a note so i'd remember to ask

 

I'd be interested on a black face if it doesn't have the Z logo and 'Twin Turbo' writing.

Black $150?? Is that for just the speedo? Cause why would you replace the rest as they're already black?? I paid $60 last time for just the speedo

 

It is a brand new full face kit with Boost and Oil pressure in PSI.

Where did you get your speedo from for $60? Did the black match the rest of the gauges perfectly?

 

Going over my records i only paid $60 for the speedo back in 2007. The speedo face also is darker then the original nissan faces as you can see here.

Fleet pmed me and told me to whip armoral on all the other dial faces to make it match though i never did that. I stopped using my speedo as i blow a capacitor in the circuit board which affected the speedo showing me correct speed. Whether this was due to the new resistor or something else i dunno. The face itself was of very good quality though.

 

Do you still have it?

 

Thanks Adam, thats good to know. Always learning something new with the late model. I might just hit you up when i have any questions in future.
