Awesome! So thats why u have been ignoring my PM's , i forgive u and Dave now , awesome stuff!, 97 Z with low low km's, great pic up, now i can only imagine what this'll be turned into in a years time P.S. doesn't look like ur house at all hehe!
Whoa what a mint Zed!!! Good Buy! 97 TT 2+2 Manual... my next car if I can save up enough cash money for one. I'd also be interested to know what it set you back, just so I know what I have to work towards Was this imported by you or was it previously owned inside Aus?
thats is sexy , 97 model twin turbo , all extras, valour interior ...best factory zed you could buy really ...love it ...would have been even sexier if it were a 2 seater ...still bloody sexy though :zlove: :zlove: :zlove: :zlove:
Ive seen that car for sale before, been 4 sale ages. Last time i saw it they were askin close to $30K.
This is a dumb question but how can you check the year of your Z cause mine has electric seats on both sides, the extras, valour interior and the same wing as that. Did they have that in 1992 models? Sorry for hi jack
Looks very nice But I'd check the little fellows teeth for that number of klms & the age of the car, either it was on blocks or someone has wound the clock back or put in a new speedo. But as I said, it looks very nice & in excellent condition, Good buy I'd say. Cheers Kerry
Yeah I wondered that too I have a 95 which has an airbag and looks like this Sure it wasnt complied in 97? Even if it was it still looks very clean and a great example of the series BTW I have a brand new OEM wheel coming for my car from TTZ thanks Simon and Jenny
It's a very clean example however not a '97 model. My guess it is somewhere between October 1993 and early 1994. What gives this away is the absence of the hydraulic Super HICAS in the engine bay yet the interior still retains the non airbag wheel and boost gauge on the instrument cluster.
wow that looks mint, if the K's are genuine would be a dream to drive... didnt 1997 have no vvt also?
lol the dentist has been contacted and even he is stumped ... have put up a post in the tech section. although i can say that the engine is 'like new'
The air bag may have gone off at some stage and replaced with a standard wheel due to the obscene costs of a repalcement unit. Does it have the hicas hydraulics under the hood near the power steering resevoir Clara. Its hard to pick in the picture. J
WOW... So does Dave still have/or plan on keeping the Rex? That is one very neat Z, I look forward to see what he has planned for it :zlove: Jono
haha jono he got sick of me asking him about my engine bits and at the same time learned the z inside out so he got one as a project car... and yes he is keeping the rex ... thats our family sedan!!
