I'd say you look alright with short hair..is your hair going curly/wavy/straight when it's long? I dunno..would need to see a photo of you now to judge lol..
also GREY's are very in this winter, check the indutrie site for some tips i personally like the mens cardigan things, look pretty good for a kinda casual dressed up look, but it wont gel together if your hairstyle doesnt suit. Lets see a pic of you know with long hair

Though when you let your hair grow longer, your comfortable with who you are and don't give two hoots about what everyone else thinks (Otherwise ud cut it , so in general your confidence level is higher.. just do what you feel comfortable with, girls love confidence in ones self.. just not tooo much and dress ur style.. nothing worse than dressing out of your style and standing around thinking u look like a git then again, what do I know hahaha GL with it
I don't know. A guy I knew didn't cut his hair for ages cause he was lazy and it looked so manky. If your gonna let it grow long make sure you put in the time to keep it looking nice. Nothing worse than a guy with long greasy uncombed hair.

If your not sure what a good style is or something that will suit you sit down in the chair and ask the hairdresser to do whatever they think will suit you. HAVE FAITH! usually they make it look sexy. Dont be afraid to try new things.. unless it involves borat and a mans anus
lol down with the long for you matey... but seriously, i tossed up before too, comes down to it i reccon go inbetween! one month u might get it abit shorter, then let it grow a few and shes longer... im sitting inbetween at the moment, just got it cut tonight and its in the shorter end... i feel violated, i like it in the middle atm. chicks dig me no matter how my hair is tho, so cant help ya.
