Well done Mike, it's come a long way. Another one of Melbourne's best Z32's in my opinion. I remember catching up years ago to test fit the IMPUL rear wing on one of my old zeds which had a shaved hatch, thinking yours was a nice example then I'd love to see it now.
First time out in the new year! Actually cleaned her after sitting for a month and she behaved well all day. Complete 20 image set with big thanks to Krausy.
Awesome photos mate, she's looking fantastic. Will have to hit Andrew up myself if I ever finish my wing!
Yes i agree looks great mike. I too need to get some photos done on my z if i ever get it finished one day.
Love it Great Photos Andrew, and awesome Zed Mikey Since I'm currently in "wheel" mode, what are the specs of your wheels. I like how they sit on your car. Cheers
Thanks, they'd be 8.5 +25 with 245/40/18 fronts, 9.5 +30 with 265/35 rears. -2 degrees up front, -1 rear. You can only see it's negative front on. Running AD08R semis which do have thicker side walls than regular radials. It's actually raised my car quite a lot and I haven't changed the ride height since these older photos which had the 17s running 235/45 fronts 245/40 rears. Front and rears are both rolled. I'm getting a lot of rubbing on the front liners and under heavy compression the rear scrubs slightly too. Mark since your car is probably more sensible ride height wise, you might get away with no roll / same camber however that's very much tyre dependent.
Thats an amazing car man. Little disappointed you didnt take and pics of that wild engine you have that thing. You sleeper you
Im glad that youve finally gone tt! Your z has always been one fo the neatest out there and now it has the power to back it up. How far can your setup be pushed to 500rwkw ?
Nope still got them, probably that's what's rubbing but it's only minor. Based on Alexos' estimates, with the current injectors and some GTX28 turbos and some better coolers it'll do over 400. Add E85, the new GTX29s, improve cooling again and over 450 but I like a non stressed engine running reliably for another 20 years and go anywhere 98 tune. Not really wanting to invest more into it, got a different project car I wanna do. I'll be doing a simple intercooler spray mod soon so might post up an update when it's done. More for reliability on a hot day than anything else. haha there's already plenty of photos of that baby going in. Being an all black and no bling, it looks stock
