    I have one question,
Do we really need(or want)to get sucked into this American shit-fight about USA vs Canada/AMS?

I have bought(and used)several items from AMS, at various times. ALL of those items were good quality and served the function "for which they were intended". The fact that they were cheaper than some of the alternate items available was also a deciding factor in choosing them.
All else is "bum fluff" and should be seen as such.

It isn't about that aspect of their business practice - AMS is tagging their auctions with other vendor's names in order to have AMS auctions come up during a search.

There are ebay rules that prohibit that practice - this is a warning so those names being used can do something about it.

IDK if there are any company names here that AMS is using, just passing the word.

I think its the dodgy marketing tactics that AMS and SOME not all of its resellers use that get to most people.
Tagging the original manufacture of an item you have copied is just not on.

No offense Chili but how would you feel if i started making Chili braces and sold them as Chili Braces with my logo on them??

I am yet to see 1 AMS product that is of higher or equal quality to an original item.

You get what you paid for in the end.

I hate searching on Ebay for a product, say 300ZX and a heap of other crap comes up like - Celica not 300ZX e.ct.
    Wastes my time a I don't want a p.o.s Celica

    Just my 2 cents worth

I have ams coilovers and have no complaints about them, they fit and have handled 30k kms in 1 year of a mixture of fairly bad roads, mountain runs and a couple track day's. They are just as good as when I brought them.
So for the 800 I payed for them how can I complain?

It is your own fault that you even noticed that someone is dropping vendors names on ebay.

So why start the thread then if you didn't even notice?

    Why do you even care?

Did you file a selling complaint?

    Already explained why

You already know the answer to that

I'm not a seller. I reported policy violations.
