I have a heavy duty 6 puck clutch, and it sounds like the throw-out bearing is starting to make an awn noise (generally cold starts) when clutch is engaged.

Should I replace the clutch and rear main seal while im at it ? and what is the "best bang for buck" clutch would you recommend?

Rear main seal and retainer gasket yes definitely. While you're there may as well do everything. New gearbox mount, throwout bearing, spigot bush, and get a 350z upgraded clutch fork kit from czp. As for clutches I hear F1 racing have a pretty good name, installed one before, no complaints.
