Burst into life with no issues whatsoever! I am now officially Jedi status. Next: Bleed brakes Fit UAS Brace Fit rear strut brace Fit 2k Spec Tails Adjust coilovers and finally... Book in for a tune!

Well Brocky, New updates below! Engine had an intermittent misfire. Turned out that one of the plugs had been dropped! Gap was way out. Thanks once again to Chris for diagnosis. Purring like a kitten now. Whacked the wheels back on, went to lower the car down and realized the coilovers were waaaaayyyy too short. Was like fully mexican sick yo... So jacked her back up and went about height adjusting the coilies. I rang a few suspension places for a c-spanner or even an adjustment if I took them in but no-one could help... Wtf? And they call themselves suspension specialists! Looked at buying some C-spanners and stumbled across a thread on SAU mentioning a hammer and screwdriver. Works a treat! Adjusted them out and I'm ready to go. Albeit, still a little low for the po-po's liking. Took the car for a spin, hit boost and temp needle shot up past the H! Shat myself, pulled over and waited for it to cool down. (mind u, I was like 1km from my house). By the time I managed to limp home, the temp needle shot up to the H again. Figured the rad wasnt full enough, so popped the cap and slowly slowly filled whilst running till she was full again. Checked the temp gauge, sitting on the H again!!! Aaaaaarrrgggghhhh... Shut down and waited. Switched temp sensors x 2, plugged in Conzult, watching the temp climb again. Called Chris (ezzupturbo) and immediately, he mentioned its probably running too lean. Upped the fuel pressure and it's staying a lot cooler. Now the whole running lean thing... I had adjusted in Nistune for the injector change, but I also attempted the single AFM, double k-value thing. ie: Stock K-value is 288.... I changed injector size to 555cc which dropped the k-value to 192, multiplied that by 2 and set the K-value at 384. Car ran fine, but I'm positive its lean as. Wideband coming later on today hopefully and we'll find the culprit! Stay tuned
what about your fuel pressure reg, is it keeping cvorrect pressure, and fuel pump keeping up the pacer as well?
Yup fuel pressure reg is correct. Fuel pump may be the culprit also, although, never had problems before... Hmmmm...
Been another busy weekend... Finalizing and fiddling getting things right. Adjusted rear camber passenger side twice as it was a little out Pulled coilovers off three times to get heights and preload right Found the getting hot thing was a combination of running a lil lean and an airlock in the cooling system... All fixed now as cleared the air lock and replaced dual intake with stock y-piece. (Until I get to the tuner) Brakes bled Rear strut brace installed Getting dual 3" exhaust fitted today! Woohoo! Installed 2k tails Not too much to do now!

Gremlins and dramas! Well car is running and have been trying to figure out a few final things before the tune... In the process, I figured out I have 370cc Purple Top injectors! Explains the running lean. ffs Doubtful I will have another set in time for the tune so stock 370cc's with some added fuel pressure and fuel RPM, Ign RPM scale as per Pmacks suggestions and book her in for the tune. I'm assuming they will max out at around the 450-470cc mark but still good enough for maybe high 300's in HP. Have a slight vibration from the rear end but also found out that thee were no tailshaft spacers in there from the get go! Gotta get under the car and get some spacers back in and probably change the transmission mount in the process. Power steering leak has reared its ugly head also. Should be an easy fix... Fingers crossed Other than that, all good and hopefully be in at the tuners next week!
??????? I thought you bought some 555cc injectors, or were these sold to you as 555's?. you could try s15 injectors they are a decent size but you do need a eries 2 rail or adapter kit. Just a sugestion mate . Hope all goes well Andy Sorry just remembered you sold me the s15 injectors that I had so you know all this already
