    Gday all

just thought i'd post up letting everyone know if they intend to change any wheel bearings nissan sell them $410 each (comes with a new hub) or you can try Repco which sell them for $60 each.

Bargain if ever there was one!

    Cheers

New ones from Nissan should not be $410, I got a TT one just the other day for $257.45 with Z car club discount.

Yeah $410 is what they told me comes from Melbourne
and the repco one i mentioned are also Non-ABS so i told them that they are not for a z32 300zx. hopefully they change it to stop this mistake.

So where is the best place to buy rear wheel bearings? or are Nissan the only option?
What about bearing specialists? can't they match them?

Was at CBC bearings today and they had car wheel bearing kits in boxes on the shelf. I don't know if they had Z ones but might be worth a look.

That wheel bearing for $110 will not fit your car. You need nissan part number 43280-30P05, or on CZP it is NIS300-43280 which is the bearing for $260. I have been down this path a few times, the info given here is 100% correct.

This is what you need, 43280-30P05

This is what you are getting, 4321-35F01

The part in the top picture that has 3 holes in it anchors the park brake shoes. The other one does not have this.

Must be rear wheel bearing season. Seems to be a popular problem of late.
Great advice, I'm listening. Thanks for the info,

Might be a small point, but Coz is a guy(not a female)so maybe you're talking to the wrong person?
drz400y is correct about the handbrake mount.
