Well with the impending trip to Armidale, and my ever decreasing tread, I picked up 4 new shoes to roll around on. Pirelli PZERO Corsa Systems. 235 40 18 - front 295 30 18 - rear * don't mention the camber, arms are coming in the next day or so. ** sorry bout the crap image, phone image
Nice looking tread. Those 295's seem to fill the wheels perfect (I don't understand the stretched tire look, personally). Assuming you have deleted HICAS?
I am as well as all the normal warning and so on... Which means if it's raining at Armidale...I'm PSA'ing
Uber tough Andy!! Great looking tread pattern, and got that phatt look mate. Can't wait to see 'em! :zlove: I'll be doing the 295 or 305 size myself aswell next time, along with my lower rear control arms of course.
hope not, cause i was going to ask if i can psa with you on some of the cruises as im not keen to go in my rolla lol wont be able to keep up
NICE!! So they have a left rear & a right rear tyre? (different tread design for each) super flash!! I had a play with my new shoes today - but that's another thread (not as flash as yours!)
Thanks man. Yeah, they are assimetrical, so can't swap edges unfortunately, which means I need to sort my camber out, as these are super soft. Pirelli equivilant of the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup Semi's.
Well I consider the wheel to be like a food, and my tyres to be shoes.....but yeah And yeah rollin, 10" rim
fuel is food, rims are shoes, rubber is resoled lol thats how i look at it, exhaust is the manly testosterone you give off.. Vtec is short for vagina sp hondas give off estrogen
lol Well I've found a slight problem with my new shoes or resoles...they have more grip then my clutch
I picked up a pair of these for the front from Taleb tyres for $300!! Using them for track work only.
Very Nice! tough btw, what rims and in what size / offset to run tyres that size do you have? did you have to modify anything? Cheers
I was eyeing these out myself I even called the guy yesterday morning to ask him a few questions. In the end he convince me not to get them as he said they were not suitable for street use. Yet my research said they're ok for street just borderline. With a wear rating of 60 I'm not really upset I missed out on them. Funny thing is I was thinking of you when I first noticed these tyres on ebay. I'll be going back to Sumitomo HTR Z III 295-30-18, I'm quite happy with them for the price. I sent tirerack an email yesterday, I'm looking to get 2 sets for the rear.
