    ..::QUICK BASIC FMIC INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS::..

First decide which car the FMIC will be installed on :p

    1. Pop the hood ......IF YOU CAN'T DO THIS THEN PLEASEEE TAKE YOUR ZED TO A PRO!!

    2. Remove the centre panel: Just below the radiator support panel there are 2 10mm bolts.
2a. Remove the 4 10mm bolts holding the front bar on.
2b. Loosen the philips head screw to remove the AFM.

    3. Remove the side indicators by the 2 philips heads screws.

    4. On the inside of the wheel arch, remove the 2 10mm bolts holding the front bar on.

    5. Looking up in the corner indicator hole, remove the 2 10mm bolts
*hint* you will be a long extension

    6. Rip the front bar off. ......IT'S NOT MOVING?????:wacko::rolleyes:

    7. OH CRAP!... I forgot the 2 hidden 10mm bolt on the front.:p:LOL:
7a. Now you can carefully take the front bar off.

    8. To remove the front reo bar you need to get the fog lights out. They bolt up from the back.

    9. Remove the 3 10mm nuts on the back of the reo bar.

    10. Once the fog lights are out, remove the 2 12mm bolts.

    11. NOW TO RIP OUT THOSE LIL SMIC'S!!
    Remove the 2 12mm bolts.

    12. Remove the 10mm bolt on the back.

    13. NOW TO BOLT UP THE FMIC!!
I used a 3mm alloy L bend strip across the top of the FMIC ($5 from bunnings)
Centre the strip along the top of the FMIC... mark and drill out the holes.
Do the same on the front of your zed.

    14. Bolt the strip to the top of the FMIC. I used the 2 12mm bolts in number 11... they fit perfect!

    15. Bolt the FMIC onto your zed by 2 old airbox mounts.

    16. Replace the AFM and air pod. **My HKS pod fit nicely behind the FMIC.

    17. YOUR DONE ....FOR NOW!!!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

*NOTE* My first set of pipes were a lil too short  .....still waiting for a new set.

    ORDER

If you guys trust my judgement with the FMIC's so far... I'll start taking payments now to speed things up.

Price is still set at $325 posted ...unless we get another 7 people on board to get the price down to $315.

PIPING PRICE WILL BE CONFIRMED BEFORE THE END OF THE WEEK
but it doesn't look like it's going to drop from $300:wacko:

If you pay the $$$ now and we get 7 more orders, I will refund the $$

To confirm your order please email me at:
    300zxxx@tpg.com.au with the following details.

    Aus300zx nickname:
    Real name:
    Post address:
    Email address:
    How many full kits (FMIC= $325 PIPES= $300):

I will reply with payment details and instructions

    Red Hose?

Do you know whether we can get Red Silicone hoses yet or just the depressing blue? :(

How much extra are we looking at for the silicone hoses?

Or do these come with the piping?

Re: do we have to use the thing from bunnings?

No it doesn't come with any brackets. If you guys can't be stuffed.. i'll buy a few lenths of the strip and make them them up for everyone.
My price... $49.95:p nah add the $5 and i'll pre drill/cut the strip.

No pipes wont look this BLING BLING... but they don't look too bad in stainless steel:thumbsup:
