Friday 25th March

Morning - Travel

Afternoon - Travel/Check-in

- (Arrival at accommodation venues)

Evening - From @5:00pm 'till Late - Meat & Greet BBQ at the primary accomodation venue - Colour City Caravan Park

- (return of the Round Table Forum Discussion, delivery of Zedfest #7 shirts

- BBQ cost will be no more than $10pp, including salads etc Final cost to be determined on the day

- BYO booze!

Saturday 26th March

Morning/Afternoon - 10:30am to @4:30pm - Late/relaxed departure for 2016 Annual Zedfest Day Cruise

Note: Lunch will available for you to choose and order for yourselves at the Wellington Caves Café, prior to the commencement of the Caves Tour. This allows you to pick your own meal, spending as little, or as much, as you wish...

Evening - 4:30pm Onwards - Free evening.

- (There are plenty of places to eat in Orange, however, MagicMike plans to organise an en-masse Pizza & BoozeNight at the Caravan Park for those who'd like to just chill back at base and eat and drink the night away. He has this message for those of you that want in, "Those wanting to partake in pizza, drinks and general shenanigans, better bring their A-game!")

Sunday 27th March

Morning/early Afternoon - 9:30am (for 10:00am start) - 2:00pm - Concourse/Show & Shine Now at the Colour City Caravan Park


- (Further details regarding the traditional Zedfest Show & Shine (i.e. Judging Categories, Judging Criteria, Trophies, etc.) will be made available in their own separate thread by MagicMike and RENZED...)

Afternoon - 2:00pm Onwards - Free afternoon...

- (free time to explore Orange, catch-up, basically do as you please!)

Evening - 6:30pm - 9:30pm - Presentation Dinner at the Orange Ex-Service's Club - Kokoda Room...

- (Awards, weekend highlights, opportunity to offer feedback on event)

Note: There has been no catering organised for the Presentation Dinner this year, rather, I have persuaded the Ex-Service's Club to allow us to choose and order our own meals from their Brasserie, and bring them up to our venue room ourselves. This allows you to pick your own meal, spending as little, or as much, as you wish...
