hey i need help ross came over to help finish my zed we hooked up all the cables and plugs but it wont start it turns over i realy need help on this one
triple checked everything, all plugs in correct spots, ptu and cas plugged in correctly...... turns over, cranks and can hear injectors firing, but no go............really, really annoyed and dissapointed.....car ran before disasembly (plenum pull and water pump replacement)

you checked the coil packs are actually firing... ecu not fried? still got a S1 ptu so that could also be it...
i think i need to do another tech day on saturday arvo abot 2pm what do u guys think i need help please
no didnt check coilpacks are actually firing....... ecu was working fine before work completed, as was ptu, so was thinking probly not them?
Earths at back of plenum hooked up? If not, could have fried ptu. Defo getting fuel? Sure the fuel lines are around the right way? Didnt pull the fuel pump fuse did ya?
earths hooked up x 3 , 2 on harness one on injector rail. lines are correct way round, verified the same as on my yellow zed which runs just fine lol. fuel pump fuse was pulled, and has been replaced
ok, car now runs! ptu series 1 was the culprit, what a surprise lol..... car now runs intermitantly on4, 5, or 6 cylinders, depending on its mood......seems to be a very old crusty wiring harness causing issues from here on in.....
