Well, its finally here. I know I normally work on the wa vid's, but my housemate really wanted to do this one and for his first effort I think it looks really good. I am still working on mine (I'm a bit less of a bum than him....so its taking a little longer), and hopefully you'll see it soon. Use one of Rick James's songs for a future clip. cold blooded is a good one used in GTA - SA. hahah... great video. Some nice looking cars.

WA Cruise Video Remarks Hi there ZXxx, Please pass on THANKS to your house-mate (Chris), he did a great job! I especially liked the first minute or so, great affects and integrated well with the music, the last fade out was nice. Looks like some very cool cars in that neck of the woods. Gotta congratulate your housemate Paul..nice first attempt Those black zeds at the start look so tough! Oh and the lane change with camera held out the window to show the blinking was very classy. Gotta say there seems to be an abundance of neons in WA...the laws different down there or have the guys with the blue glow just been lucky haha? Constructive criticism: My only criticism is the pace the video follows. I think the vid could be improved by slowing down the jerky movements (I acknowledge it's hard in a moving car :LOL and don't zoom in so much. I would have loved to see the hot black zeds for more than a second..but perhaps the fast-pace was done on purpose. Either way, great vid :thumbsup:
About the neons To be honest its the first cruise i've been on that i've seen neons on Z's, was shocked at first, mind you we haven't had many night cruises so that could be a reason, all in all it was a nice change, something "different"
Neon's on a zed is just friggin wrong.... rest assured, those with neons got a good laugh at from us each and every time we passed them. :LOL::LOL: As for the pacing, its a mix of music and the shots....if you have seen some of my previous video's you'd be lucky to get more than a second of zed action as I enjoy the frantic pace..... got them on mine i was one of them in the vid. yeh i'm not a huge fan of them, got them back in the day when i was extremely into this stuff. fitted them one day out of boredom. they're not that bad! thats the first time i've really driven around with them on. here's one good use for them: a couple of years ago, it was a form one lane up ahead, this guy completely cut me off (i was in my old car -bmw, not a zed), i flicked the neons on (blue) and he actually pulled over. i then continued to drive undisturbed. would be fun to freak out modified hyundai excel's etc.
Re: got them on mine neons are leagal over here.. all have to be the same colour, contant on (not flashing) and the tube itself cannot be visible to other drivers any colour you like
Sounds like you WA guys have it easy I skimmed the Qld legislation a couple months back and apparently blue, red etc (i.e. emergency vehicle colours) are illegal here. That's fair enough - wouldn't wanna cause any confusion and put someone's life in danger. Could probably get away with green or purple though

very sexy vid, if only i had the money to buy a zed but being 18 fulltime student and running one car already i think im still a few years off i think neons can actually add some style to a car, maybe its the fast and furious stigma thats got me thinking that. are there any other states such as SA where neons are legal. keeping zedding one day ill be on your cruises soaking up the sunshine
