Zed V GTR at Track

The guy's on SAU gave me a hard time always running slicks which I always said the ones I get are free or close to and very second hand. I also stated I would probably do better times with new semi slicks and this proved to be very true. I am running Hoosier Semi slicks and doing better times. Paul L in nice black R34 GTR V Spec II with bigger turbo's and cams etc and running second hand slicks 3 seconds slower although road car. Slotcar was fastest car of the day although most were road cars.
Big SAU and Rotary track day last Sat G P circuit at Oran Park.

there was an R34 GTR running at the last sprints day up here, not good enough to catch the Fleet mobile though :thumbsup:

I only drove behind this firey beast once and every gear change this happened. His Microtech was not tuned properly and no cat.

Managed to pop out for one session to see slot car
in action 'smacking some skylines'.
The flame throwing GTR was belching fire up and down all gears and melted his rear bar, bloody awesome.
An S13 RB30 with Fatz at the wheel was a real spectacle.

 

More fun this Sunday

Wayne you and I will give them some more this Sunday at Eastern Creek Supersprint. We have been tinkering on the slot car this week and will go even better.

Just fitted some rear cradle bushes and a
bling front strut bar, thanks to UAS and 'Beer Talk Racing'.

Don't plan on having a run until Jp's next track day in september,but i'll probably get itchy feet before then and have a run somewhere, there is always plenty on down here.
I know i'll be kicking myself for not entering,when i go up to give the boys a hand on sunday.
