Well it gets worse ==> The guy who sold them to me on ebay admitted he got screwed when he bought these from someone else, then has gone on to sell them to me, thus screwing me. Has offered 50% refund to me, but can put that where the sun dont shine, probably will return the item and get 0 back. Then sell them again to another victim on ebay. Buyer be aware is the moral here, thank god it was only $35!!. Ebay sellers name erosvillas, would be cautious of buying anything from this guy. Regards Mark
reply just as a reply to the messages. i did sell them after being screwed on ebay. As I said to the buyer I paid $35US for them and wanted/needed to recover some of the funds. In hindsight I shouldnt have. I also didnt metion anything about returning the goods? I did say that Id refund 50% of the price as a sign of good gesture? Leason to be learnt, hindsight is a wonderfull thing...

Yes hindsight is a wonderful thing but decentcy, ethics and good moral standings are wonderful FORESIGHTS to have in order to prevent having to make comments such as, 'hindsight is a wonderful thing' in a situation such as this. In my opinion there is no excuse, you got screwed and should have alerted fellow forum members to the original seller on Ebay instead of following on in his footsteps. There you go, had my rant, Jeff
Hi Eros Honestly could care less about the money, more the point of on selling something you have been screwed on. Its only $35 after all, but might want to look at the way you word your future ebay adds, looks gr8 was certainly misleading, perhaps looks gr8 once thrown in the bin would be more accurate.
