Why is "never been used" a selling point? I'd say if you can afford $15000 for the plates, you can afford to buy new undamaged ones lol.

I sent the owner a message on ebay, and he owns 'TURBO Z' as well, may be ppq.com.au was not working correctly at the time when you checked.
