QLD Z Cruise June 5th Gold Coast Numinbah Valley

Hey guys short notice but I'll be going away for a while so I want to give my Z a good run first, around numinbah valley this Saturday if its not raining and anyone is welcome to come.

Meeting point is the Gold Coast City Council chambers carpark at Nerang just off the M1. Around 9am meet and leaving at 9:30am, then up through Nerang to Numinbah Valley. Should finish up in NSW down near that seafood place we went to last time or somewhere around Point Danger's lighthouse for snacks ect.

May stop for something to eat depending on numbers, I'd rather just keep cruising and bring our own food, making the cruise a few hours rather than an all day event.

 

To add, the usual UHF channel 10, if you don't have a uhf I have 2 hand helds I can loan out if you bring AA batteries.

 

approx what time would this be wrapped up do you think, im not sure if i could do the whole thing?

I'd love to stop off and say hi though, iv never been to one before

Its not too far and the time flies. Probably around 12:30-1pm hopefully kiz brings his Zed.

 

Hopefully I do too... it's making a funny screeching sound somewhere in the middle of the car when I'm in boost most of the time. I don't like it when it makes strange noises

Yep come along dude you can leave whenever you like we're not gonna make people go over time. Its more of a fun cruise than an official all day event with an official stop for lunch.

 

Should be good! my boost controller is in and the Z is washed. My PSA just ditched me tho...

Brand new and it's coming from the middle/rear of the car, not the front and it's not washed, and the boost is only on 11psi...

 

Haha, these are the last exams for uni I ever have to do, I ain't repeating!

V8 is not quite done enough, no rego and the accusump has to be hooked up again and I need bits from the states to do that.

 

Ah gotcha, but next time maybe a few weeks? bring the V8 btw your the only uni student I've ever met with money let alone a car..

 

Hopefully, once uni is done I will have some time to play with it and get it all sorted

Bike tops out at 170, the undulations in the road through the canefields will be trying to throw me off the bike with stock suspension, old tyres... I wouldn't keep up
