Joined the 12 sec club last night at WSID with a 12.960 pass at 110 mph. Only had three runs in three and a half hours due to the large number of competitors.spewing. only saw five zeds on the track, wokburner, pando, and a couple of others from the Z-car club, not sure what times they run.Plenty of other members there in support though, Pass was made with 18lb of boost, nitto drag extreme tyres, and 37kg of weight shed fom the car. Only downside was hitting the rev limiter due to the flairing of the gear changes (looks like that gearbox rebuild is going to happen sooner than later)should be able to run quicker once that is done. Any way i'm stoked. :thumbsup:

shit! i was happy with a 15.01sec pass well done with the 12 sec pass. i raced last weekend here in townsville, probably not the best track for it but i managed a 15.01 as my fastest time, .4 reaction time and 2.2sec 60ft time. my car has the launch but when it hits third gear it falls down.. damn automatics.. my mate gasit run a 14.33sec pass, maybe we should try on your track sounds heaps better.. cheers stretch
Very nice numbers Ron, well done mate:thumbsup: Good thing you've got that print-out, would hate to see you forget doing that!!! BTW, WSID is a better track than Kwinana, I did my best time to date of 13.4 there, and I've never been able to get lower than 13.6 over here.
Hey Dub Your selling yourself short, you run a 13.141 in that last race we had together over here, ive still got the time slip if you want a copy. I remember it well as it was the first time i red lighted with a r/t of -157. I'm still waiting to see that vid of the race you have. Won't forget doing that time, still got a grin on my dial:thumbsup:
Aww yeah, maybe I'm the one that needs the memory tune-up!!! Things have settled down a bit since I got back to Perth now. Will have to pull the video camera out and actually download the footage. PS: and you were talking about selling the Zed with fuel prices being what they are eh Ron? Bet that is a distant memory now
