What is the 92 model auto twin turbo 300zx low beam? I want to gift my uncle a low beam HID kit but not sure what the bulb is? Can you please tell me?

For those of you with both high and low beam kits, where did you mount all of your ballasts? I have a low-beam kit (supervision gb from ages ago,) and I chose to place them underneath the nose panel, by the air filter. That area is a bit full, and I don't want to further restrict airflow to the radiator.

    dumb question

Hey, ummmm what do HID lights actually do? i mean, as opposed to just getting normal blue/bright halogen lights?

They are very bright for the power they use. The use an inverter to turn 12V into 27,000V which is then used as an arc inside the bulb, this super hot electricity excites the gas inside to emit very bright light. They only use about 35W to give about 4 times as much light as standard.

I'll show you mine at Baz's :zlove:
