Dont know why Im bothering to reply to your post because I really shouldnt need to defend myself.

If your memory was so good you would also remember me saying it was sponsered and I still had a way to go with regard to doing up the interior etc. You should also remember then I said that the car was too low for the lip to be on and I didnt want to smash it or the front bar till I got it sorted out.

Anyway since that cruise I got shafted by the person sponsering the car leaving it about 80% done, I bought a house and had a beautiful baby girl. So maybe if I didnt have to pay a mortgage for the last 2 years the car could have been finished and look like something closer to being a show car (even if it does have a C2 front bar ).

And I too am in the same position as yourself, with kids and a mortgage and a LONG path to Zed happyness, as oppsed to the fast path some members find by living at home with mum and dad or refusing to step into real life relationships until they are 85

Knowing the car was a formum member AND a WA member, do you really think I'd be stupid enough to try and purposly offend said member?

Your car, even back then, is in no way near the monstrosaty that this thread is about. I was mearly showing had indeed seen a Zed in WA with the same front.

dude ALL zeds are better than mine. Even the ones not running with engines on the floor in some random suburb who's name I can't prounouce becuase it was named by the natives who lived here before we stole thier kids many moons ago

Lesson....never buy a Zed unseen... even if a forum moderator who checks cars for people thought it was a good buy.

Now I will move on with paying my mortgage on a house i own, feeding my kids and beutiful wife ona single wage, and SLOWLEY and lovingly restore it to how it should be

 

So so so much agree on that....I'm sure your Z is alot better that a fair few around here...
