Is this the same one used in the Nissan U13 Bluebird SSS? Also are there any connectors for these in our Zeds?
I dont think this would be easy to install. Certainly not a factory item for a 300zx. I beleive on the Bluebird ect with factory HUD (head up displays like this) the actual windscreen of the car has a patch on it which is where the information is projected onto. I dont think this would be an easy install. Regards Mark

Similar setup.....>> In a number of 180SXs and S13s I've seen. Would look neat once installed but would take quite a bit of work to make it look good. I want to know what happens once you get above 188 though?

Heh heh (But seriously, let me check a) my bank b) my wife who is currently driving it c) how hard is it to install before coming back to you. But it is a vey nice offer. I wanted to get one when I only had the U13 but the shops I see offer to sell me for $400 without installation....)
So is this an OEM part for a TTZX? I sound confused coz I'm.... wondering where'd fit on the dash... Love some input/confirm here from anyone.... CheerZ Vincent
Never was a factory option on a Z I am pretty sure of this, so it may be a part that someone has gotten out of a 180SX or Sylvia and modified it to fit a Z. Regards Mark
First of all to install this on any car you'd want it to plug straight up to your sensors or a controller that feeds off your oem sensors. I'm guessing the 300zx and majority of u13s wont have the loom ready for you to plugin (unless you are using this as a replacement for an existing one that is damaged), with out knowing what each of the many wires comming out of this is, you'd have a lot of 'fun'. As for the windscreen, you will just need a small section of reflective film.
