QLD Willowbank T&T 14/8/08

Ok so I put up an EOI for the event and it seem the 14th is the popular choice. This years hi octane straight line event will be held on the 14/8/08.

Gates open at 5:30pm and runs commence at 6pm.
Admission charges are:

Race: $36
Race requirements: Helmet (Australian Standard approved) and wrist to ankle clothing... Oh, and a car.

Spectators: Adult $18
Student (must show ID) $16. (big saving there )

As long as there's no rain, it shall be a great night and I hope to see you all there enjoying yourselves and giving it a go. :zlove:

I'll be there as a spectator . We just going out, or meeting up somewhere and going as a group??

 

Might have to just meet out there as the gate open earlier now and I dont finish work till 5. Unless I get an RDO that day then I might be able to organise a meet. I'll let you know closer to date. If we do meet up it'll be at good ol Goodna Macca's where we met up for Karl's cruise

starts when? I don't finish work till 5:30 wouldn't get there till nearly 7.

 

It's a Thursday night. It's in August not July. Racing starts at 6:00PM anyway.

 

whats t&t? i might be in what kinda helmet do u need like a race car one or motorbike helmet or something? or push bike helmet(will that do) lol... and what kinda clothing do u need? is long sleevs shirt and pants ok or specific ones needed?( ill come in my jarmies) lol

 

I'll come. My 300 should hopefully be fine by then....hopefully.

 

If there was anything specific, I would've mentioned that. And as for the helmet question, well I'm not gonna answer such a stupid question. Who drives there car wearing a friggin' push bike helmet in any kind of event. :bash:

I just worked out that I should have an rdo on the day so closer to date, I may organise a meeting point before Willowbank. I'll have the day to go over the car and get it ready
