Will these wheels fit?

    Rays Volk Racing Gold SE37 18-inch

    Front wheels: 18x8.5J PCD114.3 OFF 38
    Rear wheels: 18x9.5J PCD114.3 OFF 45 wrapped in Good Year Eagles - 265/35 R18

    More concerned about the rears...hmm...

    Yes.

    Rears may pose an issue for caliper clearance depending on spoke-design, but I doubt it.
