definately will. you'll get a bit of stretch over the wheel though (the drifter look ), and more chance of gutter rash, if you rub up a gutter though as the rim protector rib on the tyres won't really be as effective - but it will fit though.
It will fit, but why you want to put 245's on a a 9.5" wheel on the rear I don't know. 265 is the recommended fit, 275 and 255 are acceptable fits as well.

You'll need to be more dilligent on pressure. They need a higher tyre pressure to stay safe. How much are the second hand tyres? You can get good quality new 275's for $200 odd.
