I have two innovate O2 going to install and get ready for Nistune tuning.
Can I put those wideband into downpipe to replace factory one, and using innovate analog output (0-1v) to connect to ECU as narrowband simulation?

if I remove the factory three wire O2, and tap the simulation analog signal into factory O2 wiring, will Zed got any fail code or CEL?

    two Innovate O2 are SCG-1 and MTX-L.

If you put widebands in stock O2 sensor spot they will burn out and fail quickly and give an inaccurate reading.

Widebands need to be around 42 inch from the exhaust manifold to work properly.

That emulated narrow band signal is just asking for trouble too.

    Correct.

Though a few wbo2 options provide the required output for narrowband use.

Ahghh well.... actually lads, the WBo2 sensor is no more or less robust that the NB. Its more or less the same technology so its not really an issue where it goes.
The 42" thing isnt hard and fast and just helps provide a sort of damping factor to smooth out temp fluctuations. The overall temps are much the same. At the velocity the gas travels down a dump pipe, it wont loose too much temp! Certainly not enough to prevent "burning out" of the WB02 sensor.

Simulated NB output is just that, NB output. NB output is NB output!. There are reasonably hard and fast rules with regards to NB output V's EGO's (in a non-linear way). Wb's have the same rules (in a linear way) and over a wider range but the wide and narrow readings are proportinal so I see no problems at all using the NB output to feed the ECU. and the WBo2 to run some guages.
Thats why the NB output is there.

I ran WBs in th stock location with NB outouts to the ECU for years without issues....

Sure they will still work, but it is still ideal to keep the wide-bands 3ft back and vertically positioned as per manufacturers instructions where its possible.

Choices depend on finances I guess, not that bungs cost too much to weld in.

if I feed NB output to ECU with WBO2 and pull the factory NB out, will the car got any Check engine light or fail code?
if not, I will put the WBO2 into factory NB position. =)
because HK annual car inspection is so trouble... that's why I would like to put its into factory place.
